- Cancel
- Online in one flow, or by WhatsApp. No calls, no retention maze.
- Renewal reminder
- We remind you 15 to 30 days before every annual renewal, with the date and the price.
- Refund after renewal
- Cancel within 14 days of a renewal and we refund the renewal fee pro rata, for the part of the year you won’t use.
- Cooling-off
- Where the law gives you a cooling-off period on a new membership (for example 14 days in the UK and EU), you get it in full.
- Gift memberships
- Prepaid for one year and never renew automatically.
