The ritual and the house: terms.

1. Key terms

• The ritual renews with each box until you cancel. We message you 3 days before each box with the items, date and price, and charge your payment method the day before it ships.
• The house renews every year (or every month on monthly billing) at the fee then in force until you cancel. We remind you 15 to 30 days before each annual renewal, with the date and the price.
• Founding memberships are charged the founding price for the first year only, then renew at the standard annual fee shown at sign-up unless you cancel.
• Cancel at any time: in your account in one flow, or by replying CANCEL on WhatsApp. No calls, no forms.

[COUNSEL REVIEW] These key terms must be shown clearly and conspicuously next to the payment button, with express affirmative consent captured separately (California ARL, Bus. & Prof. Code §17602 as amended by AB 2863; UK DMCC Act 2024 Part 4 Ch. 2; EU CRD; Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 internet-agreement rules; Quebec CPA). Keep a record of the consent and send an acknowledgement with cancellation instructions.

2. The ritual (replenishment subscription)

• You choose eligible products and a rhythm of every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks per item. Items due within 10 days of each other are sent together.
• Ritual items are 10% off the regular price at the time of each box. This discount does not combine with others; the better discount applies.
• You can skip a box, delay it by 1, 2 or 4 weeks, swap a product or shade, change the rhythm, or pause everything for up to 3 months, from your account or by WhatsApp. Changes made before the charge date apply to that box.
• If a payment fails we retry over 7 days and send a secure link to update your card. If it still fails, the box is held, not cancelled, and we tell you.
• Nigeria: you may pay from a ritual wallet topped up by bank transfer or USSD. Your wallet balance is yours: we refund it on request, and in full if you cancel.
• If a product is discontinued or unavailable, we tell you before charging and offer an alternative or skip it.

3. The house (membership)

Fees are set per market and charged in local currency, plus sales tax, GST/HST or VAT as applicable: United States $59 a year or $5.99 a month; founding first year $39. Canada C$69 a year or C$6.99 a month; founding first year C$45. United Kingdom £49 a year or £4.99 a month; founding first year £32. Nigeria ₦25,000 a year or ₦2,500 a month; founding first year ₦16,500.

• Benefits from 10 November 2026: free express shipping on orders to your home market; member prices on participating brands; early access to selected launches; a birthday gift; free shade exchanges on colour products.
• Benefits from 1 February 2027: one consult per membership year; two gifts a year sent to another homeward market with shipping and duties covered; member events in selected cities.
• We may change benefits. If a change is significantly to your disadvantage, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel for a pro-rata refund.

[COUNSEL REVIEW] Confirm fees (marked DECISION in launch requirements) and the CAD founding price; confirm date-gated benefits are described as future and not misleading (CMA guidance, FTC Act s.5, Competition Act s.52).

4. Founding memberships

There are 500 founding memberships across all markets, numbered 001 to 500, on sale from 10 November 2026 to 31 January 2027 or until sold out. The founding price applies to the first year only. Your number stays yours while your membership continues without a break.

5. The savings guarantee

We record your member savings (member prices, shipping you didn’t pay, gift allowances used). If at your annual renewal your savings over the year were less than the fee you paid for that year, we add the difference to your account as store credit, valid for [CREDIT VALIDITY] months. The guarantee does not apply to monthly billing or gift memberships.

6. Reminders

• Ritual: a reminder 3 days before every box.
• House (annual): a reminder 15 to 30 days before each renewal, with the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel.
• House (monthly): a reminder at least once a year of the subscription, its cost and how to cancel; in the UK, reminders at the intervals the DMCC regime requires.
• Before a founding first year ends: a reminder that the standard fee will apply, with the amount.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel the ritual or the house at any time, online in one flow from your account, or by replying CANCEL on WhatsApp. We may show you one offer while you cancel, which you can skip; we will never make cancelling harder than joining. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

• The ritual: boxes already charged are sent; nothing further is charged.
• The house, annual: your benefits continue to the end of the paid year. If you cancel within 14 days after a renewal, we refund the renewal fee pro rata for the unused part of the year.
• The house, monthly: benefits continue to the end of the paid month.
• United Kingdom and EU: when you first join, and (in the UK, under the DMCC regime from 2027) after certain renewals, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you cancel in that period we refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for any benefits you used.
• EU (from February 2027): a cancellation button is provided in your account, as German law requires.
• Nigeria: in addition, any ritual wallet balance is refunded on request.

8. Gift rituals and gift memberships

Gift rituals (3, 6 or 12 months) and gift memberships (one year) are prepaid and never renew automatically. The recipient activates the gift from a link sent by email or WhatsApp. If a gift is not activated within [ACTIVATION PERIOD], we refund the giver.

9. Price changes

We will tell you at least 30 days before any increase to a membership fee or to the price of a ritual item takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.
